Amiable Financial Services is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide advice concerning mortgages and protection to UK residents, Ex Pats, as well as non UK resident (Foreign Nationals). 

Mortgages and Protection are complex areas involving probably your largest purchase so our service is tailored to meet your unique and specific needs. We aim to provide all of our customers with a long term service and to achieve this we aim to act in a clear and informative manner with you at all times and only act on your behalf. We do not work on behalf of any lender and operate on a ‘Whole of Market’ basis. In addition to this, we will take time to get to know you so as to ensure that you enjoy your relationship with us.

We always, even in the unregulated market of ‘Buy to Let’, promise to give you complete information about any product we recommend, with comparisons and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each product. Mortgages

Amiable Financial Services provides all aspects of mortgage services ranging from the Regulated purchase of a property through to Buy-to-Lets and Commercial Finance.

We also offer an International Mortgage Service and specialise in arranging mortgages for UK ex pats as well as for people of all other nationalities living abroad who wish to own property in the UK. We are able to secure mortgages at locally competitive rates.

Some buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Protection

We are able to provide a ‘Whole of Market’ offering covering Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Accident, Sickness & Unemployment as well as Building and Contents Insurance.

We can also provide Business Protection cover and can also offer unique products not generally available through the intermediary marketplace.

Loans

We assist our clients in obtaining both secured and unsecured loans as well as Commercial loans.

Property Finding

We specialise in assisting our clients in finding property, after a comprehensive property specification has been obtained, and this service can also include the negotiation phase where good discounts can be obtained. So whether your planned purchase is for residential, buy-to-let or commercial purposes this service will ease the burden for you.

We will also assist in building up a property portfolio and through our relationship with a property letting and management company, who specialise in sourcing tenants as well as managing the property, which will remove the burden for any client having to source and manage the property at the same time.
